Ingredients

20g Coffee, Peru - Los Tulipanes (medium grind)

340g Water (200-205°F)
Ratio: 1:17
Directions
Pre-wet a paper filter, discarding any excess water
Add ground coffee to filter, levelling to ensure even water distribution during brewing
Start timer
At 0:00, pour 60g bloom
At 0:45, pour to 160g
At 1:30, pour to 340g
Once all brewed coffee has drained, remove and discard used filter and grounds
