Roger Domínguez returns to our menu for a seventh year with another superb natural. This coffee is a stunner every single harvest with its unsurpassed intensity of jammy fruit flavor.

This year's production was incredibly small, but the quality is as good as ever. Expect notes of strawberry and raspberry, pomegranate molasses, brown sugar, and dark chocolate in a full bodied cup.

Producing a coffee like this begins with the most exacting standards. Perfectly ripe fruits are hand-picked and laid out in thin layers on raised platforms to dry via sun and air for several weeks. During this time the coffee is carefully and very routinely turned. Afterwards, the dried fruit is sent to a dry-mill where it is hulled to remove the fruit husk and parchment. Roger takes an additional step of sending samples to be analyzed for quality by IHCAFE, Honduras's national coffee growers' federation...

So yummy!
I normally don’t gravitate towards fruit notes but really enjoyed this one. It was fruity but not sour. More of a dessert fruity. Think dark chocolate covered strawberries. Definitely enjoyed and would purchase again!

These days, I like light coffee more
than dark coffee, and this coffee is perfect for that. At first I loved the sweet strawberry smell!!

Fantastic!
I adore this coffee and am so glad I had the chance to order several bags during this seasonal period! It's great as espresso and phenomenal as drip and pour over! I will be waiting for the next release of this wonderful coffee.
