Absolutely! You can swap your subscription at any time.
How can I manage my subscription?
As soon as you sign up, you'll get access to a super easy-to-use portal that allows you to do any of the following:
- swap products
- delay and/or update frequency
- update your address
- change billing details
- add one-time additions
- and more!
This portal is available on our mobile app.
You'll also get access to our text-to-manage function that allows you to modify your subscription via keyword responses.
Will I get notifications?
Yes! You'll receive notifications via text and email for the following instances:
- 3 days prior to your set order date
- once your order has processed
- once your order has shipped
Can I cancel any time?
Yes! You're able to cancel at any time via the subscription portal (mobile, desktop, and app) or via text message.
