When will my coffee be roasted?
Plan accordingly. See the chart for when you will receive your coffee. We roast all of our coffee to order Sunday through Thursday. Unless the coffee lists a special roast date, the cut off to get your order in for the following roast day is 1:30pm.
When will my coffee be shipped?
Plan accordingly. See the chart for when you will receive your coffee. We ship online orders Monday through Friday. Example: if you get your order in before 1:30pm on Monday, your order will roast on Tuesday and ship out on Wednesday. If you get your order in after 1:30pm on Thursday, your order will not ship until the following Monday. If a major U.S. holiday falls on one of those days you can expect your coffee to go out the next available shipping day.
When will my subscription roast and ship?
Coffee subscriptions roast on Sunday for shipment on Monday.
What kind of shipping should I choose for my order?
USPS Priority mail takes about 2-3 days to get anywhere in the U.S. however, their delivery times are not guaranteed and they do not deliver on Sunday. If choosing a FedEx option like express or 2 day shipping, keep in mind that these are business days only and not weekends. Please see the map below for FedEx Ground transit time.
I placed my order a week ago and still haven't received my package. Did it get lost?
First, check the tracking number that gets emailed to you upon shipping. If you chose USPS and the tracking states that the package has been delivered, call your local post office. Often they have it there waiting to be claimed. If you live on the West Coast and ship UPS Ground, please keep in mind that your package will take 5-6 business days to reach you or 7-8 days including the weekend. Once the package has left the facility, it is out of our hands. If your package is lost or delivered incorrectly please reach out to email@example.com.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we are not able to ship internationally. We are actively looking for a way to ship overseas that will ensure coffee freshness but we’re not quite there yet!
When are your classes held?
We offer all coffee classes in both Brooklyn and Manhattan.
What times are your classes held?
Classes are offered seven days a week and scheduled on an individual basis. The earliest start time is 9:30am, the latest start time is 4:00pm.
What time is your public cupping?
Public Cuppings are held every Saturday and Sunday at 1:30pm in both our Brooklyn and West Village locations.
How many people can attend an Espresso Class?
Classes can accommodate up to three people per class. Each participant will be charged additionally.
How many people can attend a Private Group Cupping?
A total of 6 people may attend a Private Group Cupping. Book for “1 person” and bring up to five guests.
How do I pay for my class?
Book and pay through our website checkout.
Can I buy a class for someone as a gift?
Yes, we offer a variety of gift certificates for the coffee lover in your life. Recipients can redeem their certificate at their convenience or give us a call at 347-457-6160.
What happens if I can't make it to my class?
Please note, all brew school bookings are final sale. We are not able to reschedule or refund classes. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
