Description

The Pereira Sisters return to our menu with another delicious single-variety lot of yellow bourbon. Carmo de Minas and the broader Mantiqueira region have become practically synonymous with quality coffee with the success of farms like Fazenda Irmãs Pereira.

This is a classic and comforting coffee with superb production standards. In the cup, we're finding rich notes of cocoa and creamy milk chocolate, roasted hazelnut and pecan, and baked apricot.

Finally brewed a cup of this one today after resting. V60 pourover came out great. I got this one because the tasting notes sounded like a great fall coffee and it didnt disappoint! Nice body on this one but still clean and clear with notes of chocolate covered nuts. Solid coffee and A+ buying experience with Partners.

Good But Like Darker Roast
I am new to Partners and have tried 4 different roasts so far. My favorite is Manhattan which is a darker roast. Brazil was a fine coffee, but a little light for my taste. Overall, my experience with Partners has been excellent. Fresh tasting coffee and fast service. They have become my new go to for online coffee ordering.
