Edin Lopez is one of the many farmers who sell their coffee to Beneficio San Vicente in Santa Bárbara, Honduras. His farm is located in the community of El Cedral on the eastern side of the Santa Bárbara Mountain, overlooking Lake Yojoa.
Consisting entirely of the pacas variety, this balanced, comforting coffee is one we've looked forward to for months. Presenting beautifully as either filter coffee or espresso, it reminds us of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and toffee along with crisp notes of red apple and pear.
