This year we took two freshly arrived coffees from Marcala, Honduras, roasted them individually, then blended them to make Miracle: Finca Las Acacias and Finca Caviflor.

Marcala is one of the two main regions where our sourcing in Honduras is concentrated. These are some of our favorite offerings year after year, and this is sure to be a joyful cup this holiday season...

Miracle is such a fun coffee. We took inspiration from mulled wine, blending washed and natural processed coffee from Honduras to divine flavors reminiscent of Malbec or Merlot.
