Miracle On North 6th Street (2025)

Henry Urquia's coffee at origin in Honduras. Photo from Cafe Imports.

This year we took two freshly arrived coffees from Marcala, Honduras, roasted them individually, then blended them to make Miracle: Finca Las Acacias and Finca Caviflor.

Marcala is one of the two main regions where our sourcing in Honduras is concentrated. These are some of our favorite offerings year after year, and this is sure to be a joyful cup this holiday season.

Finca Las Acacias

Roger Domínguez

Las Acacias is one of a few small farms owned by the talented Roger Domínguez. Over the last eight years, we've purchased coffees from each of these plots, including the incredible naturals he produces at Finca San Francisco. This fully washed lot from Las Acacias provides the foundation for the blend, contributing notes of spice, red apple, and citrus.

Finca Caviflor

Henry Urquia

Finca Caviflor, owned by Henry Urquia, is another farm in the same community as Las Acacias. Just like Roger, Henry produces excellent natural process coffees. This one contributes winey red fruit and provides more body to the blend.
