This was our fifth year buying coffee from Roger Domínguez, the skillful young farmer behind San Francisco, Las Flores, and La Cueva. We're constantly amazed not just with his coffees, but his commitment and service to his community in Marcala, Honduras.
Las Flores will leave our menu at the end of this month. As we await samples from Roger from his new 2024 harvest, we're excited to look back on five years of business together.
