Our roastery is home to our spacious flagship cafe and brew school. Featuring a custom white Four Group La Marzocco Linea PB espresso machine, the Brooklyn cafe serves Bedford espresso.
Our Williamsburg location is home to our first roastery that roasts for our cafes and wholesale customers. Watch us roast on our Probat P25 or view the cupping lab where they taste every batch for quality seven days a week. We also have a brew school at the location where you can take a coffee class for homebrew, espresso and or latte art. Join our educators at our weekly public cuppings or book a private coffee class to really hone your skills.
Our teeny tiny kitchen pumps out incredible breakfast and lunch daily. Serving award winning sandwiches like the egg on a roll with espresso-maple lacquered bacon, smashed avocado toast with lemon-tahini, and house-made pastries. We also offer locally baked goods from our favorite purveyors, Supermoon Bakehouse, King St. Kitchen, Sans Bakery, and Danny Macaroons.

Housed within a landmark 1920’s artist studio, our cafe is inspired by the historical West Village brownstone. The store has a custom La Marzocco Strada EE and serves Elevate espresso. The store boasts two Kyoto Japanese cold brew drip towers, as well as seasonal pour overs featuring our best single origin offerings from around the world.
West Village houses our Manhattan Brew School, where the public can take coffee classes including weekly public cuppings and private espresso and latte art classes.
Our small kitchen serves up a mouthwatering menu daily. We carry delicious grab n’ go items like our soft pretzel roll sandwich with scrambled eggs and pancetta or enjoy a fresh house-made granola bowl. Daily pastries and cookies from local vendors include Saraghina Bakery, Ovenly, King Street Bakery, and Butcher's Daughter.

Located in the rapidly growing neighborhood of Long Island City, our Queens cafe is housed within an original artist studio and family residence now with a 3-story high ceiling, exposed industrial features, and a beautifully landscaped rear courtyard. The espresso bar features a custom red La Marzocco Strada EE while the brew bar highlights an extensive rotation of single origin coffees brewed on Hario V60s and Chemex.
Our petite kitchen serves up breakfast and lunch made in-house daily from 7:30 am - 3 pm. We serve neighborhood favorites like our Tex-Mex inspired chicken sandwich, our savory ricotta and pesto toast, or try our popular sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich served on a warm brioche bun with caramelized onions. Local pastry purveyors like Supermoon Bakehouse, King Street Baking Co., Sans Bakery, and The Butcher's Daughter provide a bounty of tempting treats.

Bushwick is our fifth café and our second roastery. Located just off the Morgan Ave L subway. Our newest location serves our Elevate espresso on a custom La Marzocco Strada AV, and a pour-over bar outfitted by Salt Lake City-based Saint Anthony Industries.
The space houses a vintage Probat UG 22 and roasts for our ‘Partnership Program’. The Partnership Program is for exclusive wholesale customers that want a more collaborative relationship that includes exclusive packaging and blends. On weekends, Partners Bushwick serves a full menu of good eats like our egg and avocado toast, house-made granola, and popular sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich served on a soft warm brioche bun with caramelized onions. We work with local pâtisserie Balthazar Bakery, serve delicious cookies and seasonal loaf slices from Ovenly and offer gluten-free and vegan delights from Sans Bakery.

Tucked inside the UrbanSpace Vanderbilt Market one block north of Grand Central Station, located on the West Helmsley Tunnel side of 230 Park Ave, you can find our espresso bar that features a La Marzocco Linea Classic 3AV espresso machine that compliments the sleek design.
Our Midtown cafe offers an extensive coffee program that includes our signature tapped cold brew, loose leaf custom teas, and a seasonal menu of single origin pour overs. We carry an array of delicious grab n’ go items like Mylk Lab oatmeals and Lenka granola bars, as well as daily pastries from Colson Bakery, delicious gluten free and vegan options from Sans Bakery, and the infamous croissants from Balthazar.
