Amidst new retailers stocking our coffees, an award finalist coffee in our lineup, a new store fully opened, and much more on the way - we knew it was time for the latest highlight collection. We're proud to partner with brands and cafes that share our dedication to the quality and enjoyment of specialty coffee. Included in this season's highlights, we're featuring a handful of our recent collaboration with KINTO, Dona, Blondie Coffee Co., LB Coffee, Apartment Ra'el, Grimm Artisanal Ales, and Long Island City Partnership.
KINTO
In a recent journal feature, our friends at KINTO highlight our partnership, a relationship centered on inspiring more intentional, joyful coffee experiences. This article includes a focus on the KINTO Nori cups that we use in our cafes. Our team carefully selected these cups to elevate the experience of enjoying our handcrafted single origin coffee menu. We also utilize KINTO's Slow Coffee Style mugs to serve our everyday drip offerings and the Pebble collection for our tea offerings.
We've long admired the KINTO brand and have thoroughly enjoyed every product we've gotten our hands on, so be sure to stop by and dine in to experience the quality and care that KINTO helps us to create with each visit.
DONA
In our cafes, when we can't make something ourselves, we work tirelessly to find the highest-quality solution to our needs. With this ideal in mind, we're proud to partner with Dona. Each of our cafes uses Dona's Masala Chai for a chai that's just sweet enough and full of complex spice. Check out the details from Dona below:
"Our Process: Our chai is made in house. We grind spices fresh in our mill room before steeping them for over an hour in small batches in our custom kettles. While steeping, the spices are in constant circulation to optimize extraction. Then we filter, sweeten and bottle.
Sourcing Matters: Our ingredients are traceable back to the farm level in order to contribute to a more equitable food system and provide a product you can feel good about."

BLONDIE COFFEE CO.
Blondie Coffee Co. is a mobile coffee cart that can quickly and easily turn any gathering into a cafe moment. From “I do” to “nice to meet you,” they are there for weddings, showers, corporate events, and campus pop-ups, serving handcrafted espresso drinks and artisanal teas along the way. Their fully customizable cart blends seamlessly into any setting, bringing good coffee and great energy across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

LB COFFEE
Located on the Upper East Side, LB Coffee (“Elbi” meaning "my heart" in Arabic) is a new neighborhood cafe rooted in Mediterranean warmth and community. Designed to be a space to gather, share stories, and feel at home, LB Coffee brings a touch of tradition and hospitality to East 84th Street.
They’re proudly serving Partners Coffee on drip and espresso, and you can also take home a 12oz bag to brew your favorite blend at home. Stop by soon to experience their artisan coffee, Mediterranean-inspired bites, and a space poured with heart.
APARTMENT RA'EL
Apartment Ra’el is a thoughtfully designed concept store where specialty coffee lives alongside curated vintage homewares.
It’s the kind of space you stop into for a coffee and end up staying awhile, discovering beautiful objects, and connecting with the creative community through design focused events like art exhibitions and brand launches.

GRIMM ARTISANAL ALES
We're excited to share that our RED EYE coffee stout collaboration with the family-owned, award-winning Brooklyn-based brewery Grimm Artisanal Ales has officially returned for its second year! From the creative minds of the Grimm team and the help of our coffee experts, this smooth, rich, and complex coffee stout boasts intoxicating notes of cocoa, toffee, and dried fruits with a malty, roasty flavor profile.
The RED EYE is now available at the Grimm Taproom as well as select Whole Foods locations.
LONG ISLAND CITY PARTNERSHIP
Our Long Island City cafe has once again collaborated with Long Island City Partnership to help make this Lunar New Year one you'll never forget - join us in celebration with the reintroduction of our Black Sesame Cold Brew Latte! This smooth, nutty, lightly sweet beverage was crafted by our Director of Coffee, Cary. In drawing inspiration from some of his favorite childhood flavors, Cary designed a drink reminiscent of Tang Yuan (a black sesame filled sticky rice ball dessert) that he grew up eating in Queens.
Throughout the years since its creation, the Black Sesame Cold Brew Latte has been featured in our cafes as a limited-time seasonal beverage, with its most prominent reintroductions being in celebration of Lunar New Year. While there is so much more to Lunar New Year than what we can summarize in a newsletter and while each culture, family, and individual makes this holiday their own, we're grateful to be able to have a small part in this celebration and help share the stories and traditions of the cultures that make up our community.
