Black Sesame Cold Brew Latte

This smooth, nutty, lightly sweet beverage was crafted by our Director of Coffee, Cary. In drawing inspiration from some of his favorite childhood flavors, Cary designed a drink reminiscent of Tang Yuan (a black sesame filled sticky rice ball dessert) that he grew up eating in Queens.
Throughout the years since its creation, the Black Sesame Cold Brew Latte has been featured in our cafes as a limited-time seasonal beverage, with its most prominent re-introductions being in celebration of Lunar New Year. Learn more about this highly-requested favorite here!
Ingredients

Granulated White Sugar

Ground Black Sesame

Cold Brew Concentrate

500g Granulated White Sugar

50g Ground Black Sesame
-
450g Hot Water
-
Mix Until Thoroughly Combined
Drink Ingredients
Black Sesame Syrup Construction
Directions
40g Black Sesame Syrup
10oz milk of choice
Blend for 10 seconds to mix
Fill 16oz cup with ice
Add black sesame milk
1oz shot of cold brew concentrate
Mix with spoon
Finish with garnish of black sesame sugar
