Exhibitions, community events, partnerships, and collaborations kept our team busy this season - and we’ve been loving every second of it. Every opportunity we get to share the love of coffee with our community reminds us of why we began roasting in the first place.
Keep reading to catch up on a few of this Summer’s highlights and to see what our team’s been up to - we couldn’t do it without you!
New York Coffee Fest
New York Coffee Fest , you had our hearts (and cups) full! Thank you for the memories, the connections, and the coffee love. Our team was thrilled to be involved in this event, hosted locally at the Javits Center, and was especially impressed by the scale of education, skill, and variety showcased during this conference. Check out what our team had to say about Coffee Fest below:
"Coffee Fest is a specialty coffee trade show with a focus on education, building connections, and showcasing products. This was my first time attending and it was great! Jamie and I worked together at the Created Co. booth where we were provided special Coffee Fest tumblers in the style of the classic Greek-rooted Anthora aesthetic for serving. Created Co.'s affiliate brand, Proper , provided amazing syrups. A few of our favorites were the pistachio and strawberry! The strawberry offered such a juicy, sweet punch that paired perfectly with Elevate on espresso. The first 30 minutes, visitors swarmed our booth to get a drink in the iconic coffee cart tumblers. Many were excited to be trying Partners for the first time while others were very familiar with our coffee. I met people who traveled quite far for the event and some who even serve Partners at their cafes! A team member from Scout , a cafe in Delaware who serves our coffee, came up to say hi. It was lovely to meet them!" (Kayce M.)
"Working a trade show is always so fun! I enjoy the high energy and getting a chance to meet so many coffee lovers from across the country. This year, Kayce and I got to serve Elevate at Created Co.’s booth. We had so much fun slinging shots and hanging out with the Created Co. team. This event was a great reminder of how rewarding it can be to stay connected and involved in the coffee scene - there’s always new relationships to make." (Jamie G.)
"Coffee Fest was an incredible opportunity to connect with passionate professionals across the industry. This year, I had the pleasure of working at the MiiR booth, where I got to introduce their Coffee Fest tumbler, serve our wonderful coffee, and engage with so many amazing people. Events like these are a reminder of how strong and vibrant the coffee community is. I’m already looking forward to the next Coffee Fest and the connections it will bring!" (Madi H.)
A special thanks to MiiR and Created Co. for hosting our team at their booths and for providing us with some of the most unique and well-designed drinkware for serving.
Specialty Coffee Expo
In late April, our team journeyed to Houston, Texas for SCA's Specialty Coffee Expo, North America’s largest B2B specialty coffee trade show. This yearly event is geared towards roasters, baristas, producers, and entrepreneurs that centers around education, exploration, and networking within and across the coffee industry.
An enthusiastic thank you to Minor Figures, Hario USA, Kinto USA, and Created Co. for hosting us at their booths and making this Expo one of the most memorable moments we’ve had this year. We’re already looking forward to next year’s Expo and can’t wait to see how the coffee industry innovates and creates before then.
"For me, the most valuable part of SCA Expo is reconnecting with producing partners. Several of ours were able to attend this year representing some of our longest running supply chain relationships - Pergamino, CarmoCoffees, Suke Quto, Los Volcanes, Beneficio San Vicente; as well as some more recent partners like Cultivar Coffees and Roger Domínguez.
It's a challenging, even frustrating time to be a coffee buyer, but reconnecting with our suppliers is always invigorating, especially with the rare convenience of having partners from all over the world converge in one place (Sam K.)
"SCA Coffee Expo is typically the highlight of the year for all involved in the coffee industry, and this year in Houston did not disappoint! This is the sixth Expo I've attended during my tenure working in coffee, and every year I look forward to catching up with old friends and meeting new ones.
One of my favorite parts of the entire experience was chatting with other coffee roasters and suppliers. Swapping stories, sharing challenges, and realizing how much we all have in common. It's grounding, energizing, and also just proves to be a great reminder of the community that makes this industry so special.
The biggest shoutout to the folks who shared their space with us to showcase our products: Minor Figures, Hario, Kinto, and Created Co. It's wonderful to reconnect in person with the partners that work with us and also get some intel on new product offerings we can also share with our customers." (Raina R.)
"Another SCA Expo in the books! The 2025 event in Houston was a fantastic turnout, and it was such a joy to reconnect with so many of our partners. From producers and importers/exporters to friends at Minor Figures, Kinto, Created Co., and Hario, it was a full weekend of great conversations and delicious coffee. I also had the chance to brew some of our coffees at a few booths - always a highlight.
We were pulling shots of Bedford at the Minor Figures booth using a Slayer and an E65 - super fun to dial in. The first 100 guests received a custom Minor Figures x SCA Expo 2025 Klean Kanteen tumbler, which was a hit. Great vibes all around with the Minor Figures crew.
With Hario, we spent an hour brewing our newest single origin, Peru - Los Tulipanes, on the V60. Paulina and Mario were the life of the show as always, they know how to make everyone feel at home. I also got to check out some of Hario’s new V60 colorways that haven’t yet hit the U.S. market.
At the Kinto booth we continued serving Peru - Los Tulipanes. A few of our longtime producer partners stopped by to hang out and share a cup. I was honestly starstruck when producer Tesfaye Bekele dropped in to say hello. Huge thanks to the Kinto team for continuing to strengthen our partnership and for the preview of their new tumbler collection. Exciting things ahead!
We wrapped up the show on Sunday morning brewing with the Created Co. team. It was our first time featured on their pour over bar, and I was excited to be a part. Sunday had a more relaxed pace, giving us time to chat with other vendors and visitors. We also got a look at their new coffee canister - stay tuned for a Partners version soon!
We caught up with the BKON team, who were sampling Partners Cold Brew all weekend long. Our cold brew tasted fantastic and we received some great feedback from those who were able to stop by for a cup.
One of the most anticipated parts of Expo was the introduction of a new espresso machine from Fellow. We got to see its sleek design up close, and I can’t wait to test one out once we get our hands on it.
Overall, SCA Expo 2025 was a blast. The weekend flew by, but it was amazing to connect with so many of our partners in one place. Already looking forward to San Diego 2026!” (Cary W.)
Meet Cutes NYC
An exclusive drink and a chance to meet new friends drew in a great crowd to our Williamsburg cafe for a collaborative event. Meet Cutes NYC is focused on documenting heartwarming stories behind unique chance meetings, popularly known as “meet-cutes” and we’re honored to have had the opportunity to host such a positive event with our community.
LIC Springs!
Our cafe teams have been all smiles since LIC Springs!, a community-focused event highlighting great local business, plenty of activities, music, food, and of course - coffee. We are beyond grateful to be a part of such a great community that puts on spectacular events and shows up again and again.
"I had such a great time being part of LIC Springs! this year! It was so fun connecting with the community, sharing some of the incredible origins we offer at Partners Coffee, and bringing a little friendly competition to the day with our coffee games. Can’t wait for the next one!" (Madi H.)
"What a day! We had an incredible time at LIC Springs! - it was a fantastic opportunity to connect with local businesses and residents and to put everyone’s coffee knowledge to the test. Our coffee tasting challenge invited attendees to blind taste a selection of coffees and guess their origins, sparking some friendly competition and great conversations. We also hosted a fun guessing game: How many coffee beans are in a 750ml Chemex? The correct answer was 4,806 - and the winning guess came within just 20 beans!" (Lisa V.)
Filson
Our team was happy to serve some of our favorite offerings alongside other great roasters at Filson’s coffee tasting and vendor fair. This wonderful showcase of coffee, which took place at Filson’s New York flagship location, was a highlight of the quality and travel-friendly offerings that the local coffee industry has to offer.

Peru Coffee Tasting
Our team and community came together in a hands-on coffee tasting event led by our Green Coffee Buyer, Sam. This exclusive showcase of exceptional coffees from Peru was full of education, fun, great questions, and of course - plenty of coffee!
"It was our pleasure to host a community event at our Long Island City cafe where we tasted through a variety of different Peruvian coffees, discussing how each fits into our broader menu and sourcing strategy. We had a great time, heard a lot of engaging questions, and hope to reprise this event with other origins soon!" (Sam K.)
Summer Fancy Food Show
The Summer Fancy Food Show is a product discovery event for members of the specialty food industry, where inspiration and business opportunity collide. This fun and educational exhibition is hosted by the Specialty Food Association and was held this year at the Javits Center near Hudson Yards in New York. Many members of our team were honored to participate in this year’s show and had plenty of positivity to share:
"We had an amazing time at the Summer Fancy Food Show! It was great meeting everyone, from longtime fans to new faces, and I had a blast making coffee for everyone. I loved sharing our passion and spreading the word about what makes our coffee special!” (Megan Y.)
"We've always heard such great things about the Summer Fancy Foods show - and it did not disappoint! This was our first time showcasing with a booth, and we definitely kept folks caffeinated. It was a great opportunity to share our passion for the coffee program we love, and the feedback we were getting was so uplifting.
For me personally, the best thing was all the connections made along the way - from learning with other vendors the ins and outs of how to have a successful show, or the camaraderie of the barter system we seemed to have created. I still am here, eating cookies and treats we collected! It was also wonderful to create connections with the Specialty Food community, from cafes and restaurant owners to buyers for the CPG space.
I'm so proud of our team for the effort that was put in; there are not enough words to describe how thankful I am for them. If you asked me if we would do it again, I would say absolutely." (Raina R.)
"Attending the NYC Fancy Food Show was such a rewarding experience - I loved meeting and collaborating with so many incredible small brands and getting to share the Partners Coffee story with a whole new crowd of passionate people." (Madi H.)
"I had a blast hanging out with the Partners Coffee crew at the Specialty Food Association's Summer Fancy Food Show this month. While the event was fun for a variety of reasons (namely meeting a whole bunch of interesting folks) I deeply appreciate this team and want to give them each an individual shout out:
Raina for pulling off an eye-catching booth on a tight timeline
Drew for jumping in with a last-minute (and wildly fun) backdrop concept
Madison for serving up nonstop cold brew
Megan for making sure every detail was covered
Scott & Christine for delivering the Partners brand story with heart and clarity
Joe for pulling more espresso shots than we thought humanly possible
Finally, I also had the opportunity to meet some of our subscribers who just happened to be there! So, if you're reading this - thank you so much for stopping by!" (Andrew C.)
