Description
The Karambi Washing Station supports more than 700 farmers in Rwanda's Nyamasheke District. Coffee farms in this part of the world are incredibly small, and washing stations serve the important function of purchasing, processing, and consolidating farmers' production into practical volumes for export.
This is our fifth year buying coffee from Karambi and as always, we're enjoying its balanced acidity and layered sweetness. In the cup we're finding flavors of papaya, apricot, cranberry, orange zest, vanilla, and brown sugar.

Karambi captures a flavor profile I adore in Rwandan coffees: cranberry, orange zest, and rich brown sugar. I love working with Sucafina and RWACOF and we're thrilled to offer this one again.
