Dida Hora is the newest washing station operated by Tesfaye Bekele, the visionary behind Suke Quto. Located northwest of Shakisso in the district of Uraga, the station collects and processes coffee from 350 local farmers.
This is our first Ethiopian offering of the season and among the best washed coffees from Ethiopia we've tasted in years. With a hue that leans a little more "golden" than Suke Quto's, this coffee is delicate and sweet with subtle floral notes. We're finding notes of apricot, peach, rainier cherry, orange blossom honey, and chamomile in an incredibly easy drinking cup.
