When will my order ship?
Barring federal holidays or extenuating circumstances, all orders ship within 3 days of your order!
My order was marked as delivered, but it hasn't arrived?
No worries! The Partners Coffee team has you covered.
We've found that our shipping providers will oftentimes mark a package as delivered (whether via the GPS on their trucks or manually) despite delivery not being made. We ask that you allow for 1 to 2 days to confirm that this was mis-delivered as many times the package will show up.
If you've waited that amount of time, we ask that you call your local post office to confirm that this package is lost. At that point, we also suggest checking in with your neighbor as to whether or not they received your order.
Unfortunately issues with USPS/UPS are difficult to troubleshoot as these are errors that occur within their respective systems, outside of our control.
If you have followed all the above steps, please send an email to hello@partnerscoffee.com with your order number and tracking number.
Our team will review your case and we'll work hard to try and get another package shipped out to you as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response.
