Elevate is a seasonally evolving espresso project designed to help us develop and invest in new supply chains with a focus on sustainable production. Always a rotation of seasonal coffees from Latin America, it is intended to occupy a middle ground in flavor profile between Bedford and Flatiron. 

Elevate currently features community-grown coffees from our two main partnerships in Honduras:

Roger Domínguez

In addition to his own farms, Roger buys and sells coffee from his friends, family, and neighbors, leveraging his success to help them find specialty markets for their own production. The community of Marcala, located within the western department of La Paz, is recognized as a protected denomination of origin in coffee in celebration of the high potential for quality here.

Beneficio San Vicente

Fidel Paz founded San Vicente in 2001 with an ambition to grow Honduras’s reputation as a producer of high quality coffees. Today the mill and the Paz family are hugely influential in specialty coffee worldwide, producing some of our favorite coffees from unique microlots to large scale blend components.

    Consistent Flavors and Quality

    This coffee is great for espresso's! The flavor consistency each time I brew a double shot espresso is not only delightful, but very tasteful. I've tried many espresso beans without the flavor consistency due to the roast, bean type or quality. Once you get the grind, extraction time and the right bean you are essentially good to go! Elevate truly meets these needs and brings out the name in it on the delicious cup you will brew. Love making a coffee Bombon with this bean/roast.

    Delicious cup every time

    I do a pour over and I always have a delicious cup with milk (conventional and alternative) and just a hint of sugar. I wish that shipping was faster. There is at least (and no sooner) a 5-day wait from the day of purchase.
