When I open the bag I am reminded of the care you have taken to produce this coffee. I have purchased many high end coffee beans from around the country and I have never experienced the aroma of chocolate that I get from your Brooklyn beans when I open the bag. I like my coffee strong - I use a 10:10 or 12:1 coffee to water ratio. With most other beans I find my hand moving to add a tiny bit of sugar to my cup of coffee. With Brooklyn it doesn't even occur to me.

I used to buy a different bag of coffee every month, alternating between vendors and subscriptions, but as soon as I tried Partners, and particularly, Brooklyn, I quickly settled on a staple bag to keep on hand at all times. I alternate between espresso-based drinks and pour-over, but this bag is always a great match for both. I highly recommend it, and many other Partners bags for that matter!

We had Partner for the first time last year and bought a package of Brooklyn beans to grind and brew ourselves. This is the best coffee I've had. I had an amazing coffee in Detroit and have been chasing this flavor. I finally found it in a cup Brooklyn. It's robust with a lovely fruitiness. We've ordering for over a year now with no plans on pausing our shipments. I have brewed this for guests of ours and ended up ordering for them as well!
