Our Mainstay offerings have been around since the very beginning of Partners and are the essence of who we are as a coffee roasting company. These perennial favorites (notable for their colorful packaging) are crafted with consistency and reliability in mind, alongside the ubiquitous goal of being absolutely delicious. Flatiron

A blend composed of coffees from our relationships in Colombia and Brazil, Flatiron is crafted with espresso in mind, but is great on a variety of brew methods - where notes of dark chocolate, praline, and dates offer a classic flavor profile.

Bedford

Bedford is the flagship espresso from our original Williamsburg shop and roastery. This blend is comprised of two of our oldest sourcing relationships, the coffees from which merge together to create an incredibly delicious and complex experience. Look for ripe stone fruits, citrus brightness, and a beautifully syrupy body. With a sweet, malty, balanced profile, Bedford is perfect on its own as an intriguing espresso or combined with milk for an exceptional, silky smooth coffee experience.

Brooklyn

Roasted to celebrate the city we call home, Brooklyn is a versatile and delicious daily brew featuring a blend of coffees from Latin America with notes of creamy milk chocolate, sweet toffee, and rich dried fruit. Brooklyn offers a smooth, balanced cup on a variety of brew methods, making it the perfect daily go-to coffee. It's no wonder that this is our most popular coffee year after year.

Manhattan

Manhattan is our most developed, deepest roast with a cup that's full-bodied and rich with tasting notes of dark chocolate, marzipan, and sweet, syrupy molasses. Roasted to emphasize bold flavors of bittersweet chocolate and deeply caramelized sugars while maintaining a heavy, satisfying body, Manhattan is an excellent choice for filter and espresso brew methods. The components of Manhattan are rotated seasonally, but always feature a foundation of Brazilian and Central American components, the former to contribute sweetness and body, and the latter to deliver rich, satisfying brulêéd sugar notes.

Jumpstart

Designed as a smooth introduction to the world of craft coffee, Jumpstart is low in acidity, high in body, and incredibly forgiving with any brewing method, espresso included. This medium‑light roast delights with notes of caramel, Jordan almond, and poached pear - offering a smooth, sweet, and balanced cup that’s perfect for upgrading your daily coffee routine. Sourced through the same supply chains as Brooklyn and Flatiron, Jumpstart’s foundation comes from lower‑elevation coffees grown by our friends at CarmoCoffees in Brazil and Beneficio San Vicente in Honduras.

Colombia - El Ramo

Colombia - El Ramo is a sourcing project that showcases the incredible quality and versatility of Colombian coffees. Meaning “the bouquet” in Spanish, it is composed of fresh, seasonal lots from our favorite relationships in the northern department of Antioquia for a targeted flavor profile of peach, fresh cream, and vanilla.

Elevate

A seasonally evolving espresso designed to highlight sustainable producers across Latin America, Elevate brings together exceptional coffees from producers who share our commitment to quality and environmental stewardship - creating a cup that’s balanced, bright, and endlessly versatile. With tasting notes of red apple, caramel, and pecan pie, Elevate sits between Bedford and Flatiron in flavor profile, making it a go-to for anyone who loves a sweet, layered espresso that shines both on its own and when paired with milk.

Ghost Town - Decaf

An exceptional decaf coffee that’s roasted with the same care and intention as our other offerings, Ghost Town - Decaf is medium roast delights with notes of malt, golden raisin, and white chocolate - for a cup that’s creamy, sweet, and softly balanced. Perfect for slow mornings or cozy nights when you still want a cup that feels special.


Ghost Town - Decaf is crafted with what’s called Mountain Water Process, which uses hot water and careful filtration to extract and remove caffeine. Throughout the year, we cup and select our favorite coffees from around Latin America decaffeinated in this way - always looking for something sweet, full bodied, and low in acidity - to create an exceptional experience with every sip.
