An intensely refreshing combination of orange blossom simple syrup, tonic water, Bedford espresso, and a candied orange peel garnish.
Double shot of Bedford Espresso (36 grams)
15 grams orange blossom simple syrup
150ml tonic water (we use Fever Tree Indian Tonic)
Ice
Slice of candied orange peel for garnish
300 grams white sugar
300 grams hot water
150 grams orange blossom water
Complete steps in this order to avoid drink overflow!
Add 15g orange blossom simple syrup to 12oz glass
Add 150ml tonic water and stir to combine
Add ice until cup is nearly full
Slowly pour espresso shot over the drink; combining too quickly will cause the drink to foam and overflow
Garnish with a slice of candied orange peel
Combine sugar and hot water and stir until all sugar is dissolved
Add orange blossom water and stir to combine
Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks
