Brazil
Santa Lúcia
A lower-acidity, heavier body cup
Description
Santa Lúcia returns to our menu for a third year with a delicious fresh harvest of yellow bourbon. We visited this farm for the first time last October and are thrilled to have their coffee in stock once again.
Expect a sweet and comforting cup with a heavier body and relatively low acidity—on the cupping table we tasted milk chocolate and cocoa, peanut butter, hazelnut, dried apricot, date, and cherry.

I'm always excited for fresh coffees from Carmo de Minas. This handsome farm kicks off our Brazilian offerings for the year with a charming flavor profile that reminds us of peanut butter cups.
