This make-ahead cold foam is the perfect autumnal edition to lattes and cold brew. It offers a delicious depth of seasonal flavor with the perfect hint of sweetness to let your favorite coffee shine. Store in the fridge for up to four days to enjoy fall flavor all week long!
Ingredients

200g Pumpkin Puree (~half a can)

35g Sweetened Condensed Milk

200g Heavy Whipping Cream/Dairy-Free Substitute

50g Granulated White Sugar

15g Vanilla Extract
Directions
Add all ingredients to a small blender or medium-size bowl
Combine all ingredients to a soft whip with blender, immersion blender, or whisk. Everything should be well combined with a soft texture, just before stiff peaks form
Use 4oz of the prepared cold foam as a topping for your favorite cold brew or latte
Store in refrigerator for up to four days, re-whipping as needed
