Inspired by traditional horchata, our Oatchata Latte combines Bedford or Flatiron with a house-blend of warm spices, refreshing oat milk, and a garnish of cinnamon sugar that our regulars look forward to year after year.
Ingredients

75g Sugar

75g Hot Water

2 Cinnamon Sticks

1g Ground Cinnamon

pinch of Ground Nutmeg

1g Vanilla Extract

25g sugar

3g Ground Cinnamon

1g Ground Nutmeg

30g Oatchata Syrup
-
Espresso (or very strong coffee/cold brew)

3/4 cup Califia Oat Milk
Oatchata Syrup

Directions
Oatchata Syrup
Mix ingredients over stovetop, stir until dissolved, let cool.
Construction
Add 30g syrup to mug or glass (if Iced)
Add Espresso and stir to combine
If making Iced: Fill halfway with Califia Oat Milk and Add Ice leaving an inch of room at top of cup
Top with cold/hot foam milk (use machine, hand held frother, blender, shaker)
Garnish with Cinnaman, Nutmeg Sugar
