Oatchata Latte
Inspired by traditional horchata, our Oatchata Latte combines espresso with a blend of warm spices, refreshing oat m*lk, and a garnish of cinnamon sugar that our cafe regulars look forward to year after year.

Double shot espresso

3/4 cup oat m*lk

Directions
Syrup Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat
Cook until sugar has completely dissolved, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking or burning
Remove from heat and let cool completely
Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate until ready to use
Garnish Directions
Add all garnish ingredients in a small bowl
Stir until mixed thoroughly
Transfer to a sealed container and store at room temperature until ready to use
Drink Directions (Iced Preparation)
Combine prepared syrup and espresso, stirring to combine
Set espresso mixture aside
Fill serving glass with ice
Add milk
Top with espresso
Gently stir to combine
Garnish
Enjoy!

In a serving mug, combine prepared syrup and espresso, stirring to combine
Set espresso mixture aside
Steam milk, then pour into espresso mixture
