Our team perfected this recipe for an Instant Iced Latte so that you can make faux-spresso beverages anywhere you go. Grab your favorite Instant Coffee and the milk of your choice - this latte comes together in under a minute.
Ingredients

Specialty Instant Coffee

Milk or alternative of choice - 4-8oz

Ice - 8oz

Hot water - 20g
Directions
Add 20g of 200º water to one sachet of Instant Coffee
Mix thoroughly to dissolve any grounds
Add 8oz ice and 4-8oz of milk or alternative to glass
Top with concentrated instant coffee and stir
Recipe Note
In order to make the best possible Instant Iced Latte, be sure to:
- Start with a clean glass
- Use filtered, hot water to dissolve grounds
- Avoid using water that is too hot or cold to dissolve grounds
- Begin with 20g of hot water and adjust to your liking
- Fully dissolve grounds before adding to milk and ice
- Use between 4-8oz of milk or alternative and adjust to your liking
- Optional: add additional sweeteners or syrups to your milk and ice before incorporating coffee concentrate
