This iced coffee recipe was developed by our Coffee Education team to help you create the best possible flash brew at home using our Specialty Instant Coffee. Grab a sachet of Brooklyn, El Ramo or Jumpstart and some ice and in just a few minutes you'll have the perfect chilled coffee!
Ingredients

One sachet, Specialty Instant Coffee

Ice - 8oz

Hot water - 8oz
Directions
Add one sachet of Instant Coffee to heat-proof cup or pitcher
Add 8oz of 200º water to Instant Coffee Grounds
Mix until Instant Coffee is fully dissolved
Add 8oz ice to 16oz cup
Slowly pour hot coffee mixture over ice
Stir to fully cool, and enjoy black or with the milk of your choice
Recipe Note
In order to make the best possible Instant Coffee, be sure to:
- Start with a clean glass
- Begin with 8oz water, adjust up or down to your liking
- Use filtered, hot water to dissolve grounds
- Avoid using water that it is too cold or extremely hot
- Fully dissolve grounds before adding milk or ice
