Manhattan is our most developed coffee, roasted to emphasize bold flavors of bittersweet chocolate and deeply caramelized sugars while maintaining a heavy, satisfying body. Manhattan does double-duty as a filter or espresso offering and is our coffee of choice with added milk. 

We rotate the components of Manhattan seasonally—dark roasts deserve fresh coffee too!—but it always features a foundation of Brazilian and Central American components, the former to contribute sweetness and body and the latter to deliver rich, satisfying brulêéd sugar notes.

    My go to!

    This is my favorite and my go to beans for espresso. It’s a really flavorful medium/dark roast and highly recommend especially if your NOT a fan of fruity, acidic beans.

    If you need a consistent and great tasting espresso, I would recommend these beans. I primarily use these for Americanos but also use for iced and hot oatmilk lattes. Tastes great!

    Perfect Blend for a Picky Coffee Lover

    Love this roast! I completely enjoyed Jumpstart and Brooklyn roasts, but when I had my first cup of Manhattan I was WOWED. I even brought a baggie full of it to my best friend to share. I'm a coffee lover and recognize great cup of coffee at home and in Italy. A darker roast with hints of chocolate, caramel and maple syrup... yum.
