Tip: This beverage can be made with our Rockaway Cold Brew Pouches. If you don't want to make homemade vanilla syrup, store-bought vanilla syrup also works great!

1 Tbsp Vanilla Paste/Extract

1oz Cold Brew Concentrate

1oz Vanilla Syrup

8oz Sparkling Water

Ice

Mint (optional)

Directions
Syrup Directions
Combine sugar, water, vanilla paste/extract and stir thoroughly until all sugar has completely dissolved
Transfer mixture to a glass jar/bottle and let cool to room temperature
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 month
Drink Directions
Fill a 12-16oz glass with ice
Add cold brew concentrate, vanilla syrup, and sparkling water to prepared glass
Carefully stir to combine
Garnish with mint (if desired)
Enjoy!
