Meant to serve double-duty as filter coffee or espresso, Ghost Town is composed of coffees decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, which uses hot water and careful filtration to extract and remove caffeine. Throughout the year we cup and select our favorite coffees from around Latin America decaffeinated in this way, always looking for something sweet, full bodied, and low in acidity.

    SIMPLY THE BEST

    My wife and I discovered Partners coffee at Vacancy while visiting family in Newport Beach and were instantly addicted. However, we live in Chicago and don't know of any local coffee shops who serve it.

    No problem, we went to the website and have been ordering 5lb bags for the last few years. Our kitchen doesn't quite have the ambience of Vacancy but the coffee tastes exactly the same every time. As soon as we open the delivery box, the smell takes us back to Newport Beach.

    Delightfully smooth yet robust.

    Actually good decaf

    Nice to have something on hand to make the occasional half-caf cup, or for the decaf drinkers in my life. I bought this accidentally at my grocery store once and was surprised it was decaf once I went to ground it; it’s smooth and full-bodied, very pleasant. Crowd-pleaser.
