Ingredients

5g instant coffee (1 sachet)
8oz cold water
200g pumpkin puree
35g sweetened condensed milk
200g heavy cream or dairy-free substitute
50g granulated white sugar
15g vanilla extract

Directions

Combine instant coffee with cold water and set aside
Combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla in a blender or with frothing wand until a thick, foamy texture has been reached
Fill a serving glass with ice, add coffee mixture, and top with pumpkin foam
