Education
The Partners wholesale education program provides an unparalleled learning experience for your team. Our highly trained and experienced Educators offer a wide range of classes to teach new and experienced baristas all aspects of coffee preparation. You can easily book trainings online at your convenience at our training lab in either Williamsburg or West Village. Each class is private to your team, providing an intimate environment to get focused hands-on experience. All wholesale partners receive complimentary training each month.
Certification
Partners Certification is reserved for our exclusive wholesale partners. Certification is a complete educational program developed to enhance both coffee quality, efficiency and customer service in your business. All classes are led by our Educators inside our training facility.
Customer Service
Your business matters to us and we believe you should have easy, direct access to the support you need. Our entire team is comprised of industry professionals who can help you at every step of the way. Our Customer Sales Representative can help you through any order or delivery question, and our Account Management and Education teams are friendly faces who can provide in-person help through any problems that may arise.
All Partners team members can help you through questions or concerns and find a solution as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Delivery
Getting you the freshest coffee possible is our priority. We offer fast, easy delivery across New York City and surrounding areas in our fleet of Partners delivery vans.
Not in the NYC area? That’s okay! We ship anywhere in the US, and we will work with you to determine the best shipping solution that suits your needs so that your coffee arrives in a timely manner.
Service Tech
Partners has an in-house team of technicians to support your business. Our friendly service techs are well-versed in maintaining a wide range of equipment. The tech team is available to you every step of the process, including pre-install, install and ongoing preventative maintenance. Our techs are available early and stay up late to ensure you are never without coffee. Wholesale partners receive discounted rates on equipment service.
Coffee Equipment
We work closely with a wide range of manufacturers to bring you the best equipment selection at competitive prices. Our equipment partners include La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Mazzer, Mahlkonig, Fetco and Bunn among many others. Our sales team will provide individualized consultations to understand your business needs and find the perfect machines to fit both design and budget.
We offer warranties for all equipment purchased through Partners Coffee, providing long-term support and security.
