WHY IT'S SPECIAL
This fully washed coffee comes from the Bishan Dimo Washing Station in Guji. This is our first to arrive from the recent 2022 harvest and has a juicy, refreshing flavor profile perfect for the warm weather ahead—think of peach, pineapple juice, pomegranate, pink Starburst, lemon-lime, and black tea.

Whole Bean - For homes that have a grinder to grind fresh at home, the preferred method

Drip - (Medium-Coarse) Regular coffee machines and Keurig machines

Pourover - (Medium) For Hand Brewing pourover coffee -V60s, Kalitas, etc

Chemex - (Medium-Coarse) For brewing with a Chemex
