El Ramo is a sourcing project that showcases the incredible quality and versatility of Colombian coffees. Meaning “the bouquet” in Spanish, it is composed of fresh, seasonal lots from our favorite relationships in the northern department of Antioquia. The result is a beautiful offering that is blended to maintain a stable flavor profile all year round. 

We work closely with our friends at Pergamino in the development of El Ramo, including lots from their own farms in Santa Bárbara and lots from their smallholder producer partners in the communities of Caicedo and Urrao.

    Perfect for pour over and a pretty decent espresso shot!

    I LOVE this coffee. It's an absolute crowd-pleaser, and we've made it our "house brew" at home. It feels round and full of flavor without being heavy or acidic. A complex pour that continues to surprise and delight.

    El Ramo Light Roast

    It’s an excellent light roasted coffee and consistent flavor. it is very smooth with no bitterness. I can say that Partners Coffe has been excellent to deal with and I would recommend this coffee for those who like light roasted coffee.
