Spicy Drinking Chocolate

We give our signature chocolate syrup an extra kick with the addition of house made honey-chili syrup.

Honey-Chili Syrup

  • 5g chili flakes 

  • 25g Clover Honey

  • 1g Salt
  • 25g Hot Water

Steep for 5 minutes, strain and set aside.
  • 300g Chocolate Powder

  • 150g Water

Mix ingredients chocolate powered, water and honey-chili syrup together.

     Garnish

    • 1 g chili powder

    • 3g chocolate powder

    Construction

    • 35g syrup

    • 150g milk/alternative milk

    Heat ingredients over stovetop.
    • Add espresso (optional)

    • Garnish (optional)
