Maple Sage Latte

Featured in Vogue Magazine, our Maple Sage Latte is a seasonal cult favorite. We infuse pure Vermont Maple Syrup with fresh garden sage, then lightly mix with a double shot of Flatiron espresso and textured milk. The herbaceous-ness of the sage provides a nice contrast to the sweetness of the syrup creating a warm spiced flavor.

Maple Sage Syrup

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup sage

Combine hot water, sugar, maple syrup, and sage and steep for 15 minutes.

Discard the sage leaves, mix mixture, and split syrup into two containers.

Construction

  • 30g Maple Sage syrup
  • Espresso (or very strong coffee/cold brew)
  • 3/4 cup steamed milk/alt. plant milk
Mix together, gently pour steamed milk.
