Spicy Spiked Mocha
To celebrate International Coffee Day, we're kicking our cold brew up a notch. This spicy, winter-y cocktail is quick and requires just a handful of easy-to-find ingredients.
2oz of cold brew whiskey
1oz oat milk
1oz jalapeño simple syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
For Jalapeño Simple
Start by making your syrup: combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar into pot over stovetop, put on low heat and stir until sugar has dissolved
Chop up a jalapeño and add into pot
Simmer for 10 minutes, remove from heat, and strain
Set aside or cool in the fridge until ready to use
Add cold brew whiskey, jalapeño simple, and oat milk into a cocktail shaker with ice
Pour into a glass over ice and garnish with jalapeño or a chocolate straw!
