Cold Brew: Mason Jar
Enjoy this fresh, full-bodied cold brew.
This recipe makes a cold brew concentrate, which can then be diluted with water to your taste preference. When diluted 1:1 with water, this recipe makes two 12oz servings.
Add 115g coarse-ground coffee to jar.
Add 650g water, then stir gently a few times to fully saturate all of the grounds.
Place lid on top of Mason Jar and allow coffee to steep for 18 hours at room temperature.
After 18 hours, strain cold brew concentrate through a fine mesh strainer or paper coffee filter to remove grounds.
Serve cold brew using 1 part coffee concentrate to 1 part water or dairy/dairy free milk. Add ice.
Store cold brew in the fridge for up to one week.
